No sound is beeing played! Print E-mail
First, check the volume settings:
Usual the playing volume is the volume that is set for the whole device. So check if the mobile is not set to mute or very gentle. Alternativly the option "force volume" can be selected in the alarm settings of the program. With that option selected the volume of the mobile will be overridden during the alarm.

Is the volume is set correctly, check your selected sound file:
Try to play the file with the Windows Media Player to be sure the file is not damaged.

Is the file playing, rethink your choice of the sound file:
The sound during the alarm is beginning mute and slowly increases its volume until after about five seconds it is played at full volume. So do not use a file that is very short.
