During the snooze the device shuts down and the alarm doesn't come back again |
|
|
During the snooze the device should have a dimmed back light but be turned on all the time. If you have installed a third party application that automatically locks the device after some time of inactivity, the alarm can get closed and therefor will not return after the snooze is over. Such application may even be preinstalled by your device's manufacturer.
In that case you have three possibilities to avoid the problem:
-
Check if you could add CradleAlarm as an exception to you lock application to disable it if CradleAlarm is running.
-
Uninstall the lock application and use the build-in lock feature of Windows Mobile (Start->Settings->Lock).
-
Deactivate the automatic stop function of CradleAlarm. To do that close CradleAlarm and open the file explorer on your device and navigate to the application's folder (usually /program files/CradleAlarm). Click on the file "Disable AutoStop" and start CradleAlarm. The automatic stop function is deactivated now.
To reactivate the function simply redo the steps above.
