| I'm getting the error message "Cannot execute.../enAlarmPPC.exe" |

There are two reasons why the error message "Cannot execute .../enAlarmPPC.exe" can occur. 1. The message is shown instead of starting an alarm and enAlarmPPC is installed on a storage card rather than on the persistent storage of the device. Windows Mobile sometimes has problems to initalize the storage card soon enough after a wake up from stand-by. The system tries to start the program but can not find it because it is on the absent card. Always install enAlarmPPC directly in your persistent storage, the problem should be solved that way. To correctly uninstall the version on your storage card, please read this FAQ: How do I uninstall the program? 2. If enAlarmPPC was previously installed and afterwards being deinstalled, the uninstallation progress seems to be incomplete. It failed to remove all notification pointing to the removed program. To remove those notification use the tool that can be found at the end of this FAQ: How do I uninstall the program?. If you have installed a copy of enAlarmPPC which you are using, you have to deactivate and reactivate all alarms after using the tool above to let the program reregister the really needed notifications back into the system. |
